This was the first match where a 'celebrity countdown' was used, whereby a random volunteer was voiced on TeamSpeak and asked to do the pre-match countdown.

gaz's_prewar_ping_whine_rant.mp3 starts with the countdown, so its 5 mp3 demo commentaries and 4 demos. not going to bother myself finding out which one is which, the demos will suffice

yer i was gonna say the ping rant seems to be wrongly named, unless the game was stopped midway through due to ping whine or something?...but the ping rant mp3 is longer than the accompanying demo commentary so if so it was a very long rant

a movie about this final including commentary would be great advertisement for qw. along with the get-started which is underway and the future newbie leagues, a movie would be a h!o!t addition. its the future of qw that is at stake!
