dunno if we need like 10 minute floodprot for .qw and .spam. make it closer to like 2 minutes! it's a dying game, need all the communication we can get :E

I've been asking for this sinc forever. They say they can't do it because of effect of spamming IRC.

well they can cut it in half atleast, rather have spam on irc than having trouble getting the last person for a game.
