Perhaps include in rules the requirement for each clan to have a webpage with updated list of members with info for each member - when he started to play QW and some of his results in known tourneys. Also for late-additions and so on.
Why this? Now the situation after each match is "ok, we won/lost a game against clan XYZ with players XYZ1, XYZ2, XYZ3, XYZ4, with no evidence who are the players, how good they are, where they've played before, how did they play before, etc." What's the f*cking point of this? Where's the fun?? I know that some postcount++ people will immediately jump-in with their usual whine "hey I want as much games played as possible" and such thing might stop some clans to join... Well, they can still play in some not-so-serious league (hi EQL, hi Sassa).

I would like a login-to-account to play QW online at all. And a max number of nickchanges set to 3 per year. Almost as it is for Battlefield 2, and it works great - everytime joining a server u know every fucking one of them. It's sweet. Join us on discord.quake.world

blAze? Is it that hard to write a .txt file and upload it somewhere as index.html? see http://oldones.wz.cz/ (we don't have that detailed members list there). I think it can be even easier - NQR could provide some text fields you would fill in for each of your members or some basic clanpage hosting etc. You don't need "web development skills" to say few words about six people.

clans.quakeworld.nu is on the way, even with a DEFAULT TEMPLATE
so that will require no skills at all, and nobody will have a reason for not having a clan page.
