It's now official.

A Guy called Demon, Greco and what not is currently trying to sabotage the qw scene.
We allready know that he doesnt obey the rules at all, playing with KFJumps and shit.
He's also a fucking yerk towards everyone, and he's ALWAYS fakenicking. This might have been ok, until he now have started to fakenick as real players, among others Fog from HB, Xero from Wunderbar, Und from Wunderbar etc.


I dont know what to do, Ive spoken with greco on vent once and I asked him why he's a fcking loser, he just laughted and thought it was so fun, he wasnt that "tough guy" that he always say that he is though..


if you got suggestions of how to get rid of him, please post it here.

Anyway, you cant ignore something that's destroying for you in the way demon does. He drops out of games while fakenicking so that the real person get touched by it.

Banning him from the servers wont do the trick unless we're able to ban him from all the qizmos.. or ban him from most of the qizmos and ban the rest qizmos from servers..

the reason why it works in bf2 is because of the stats and weaping unlocking, medals and the other shit you can get when you play on only one account on a daily basis, swapping between two accounts (or more) doesn't make any sense in that game.
i don't see how this could ever be a solution in quake and how it would work since there is loads of clients out there and there is only a few of them being updated, who would host the account servers?

When correctly configured, MVDSV can set real-ip bans that will go through proxies. Only way to prevent this would be to have modified client or with some other strange hack.

But the question is does Greco has a static IP? What about playing through qizmo?
