There is a dm map created by distrans. This map will be part of a later custom Quake mission pack release due out probably around the 10th Anniversary of Quake.

Anyway, I happened to get invited to the test server that the map was running on for play testing, and this map is fun as hell.

It's an excellent FFA map although I would try more than 8 players tops on it, and the map author says it is designed for 2 on 2 play, although I didn't try that.

Btw .. it's a very different kind of map. Not your usual design.
