Who have same chipset (z490) also have sync troubles between cpu and network adapter.
In result whole PC have random lag spikes, same in games

Possible solve this, create parameter:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Tcpip\Parameters]
"DisableTaskOffload"=dword:00000001

That will disable to force sending CRC IP-packets data calcutaions to network-cpu-unit (many have this).
Now main cpu will count that, and there will be no more lags.
