Hi guys, After quakeworld.nu went down, Xantom and Xterm came up with some ideas about a new site. They weren't aware of the new qw.nu site, so they created a new one. They asked me to help them a bit with news post/tuturials etc. So here we are, we launched the site yesterday and the main objective is bringing high class interviews, tutorials, news and columns. We also have a suggestionbox so people can bring up some ideas for the site. We started off with a hot interview with the boys of Clan Malfunction. As said, div1 yet again consists of alot high-skilled players, both new and returning ones. What clans and players, besides yourself, do you see as the best ones around ? Any - in your eyes - rising star players or clans?

We've always had quite ez against SR, so I don't think they're the best. If fOm starts playing as a team instead of mix again, they will be among the absolute best. Firing Squad seems to be rising again too. Rising star... perhaps valla.fi alias Darkki

Well I haven't been so active lately but I think FOM showed some great qw playing on NQR9. I've not been spectating enough to spot the rising stars. But the old ones still seem to be in a good shape. As last words, we would like to point out that we are looking for people that can contribute with columns, news writing etc. If you think you are one such person - feel free to contact us by mail or visit our irc channel #qwdrama. I dont like the idea of having a forum on qw4ever, quakeworld.nu and qwdrama etc etc.. all links should follow the same forum, so we dont have to check all sites for updates.

Yes, thats why we have still the forum closed. We are not sure yet so we are still discussing it.

is there any point continuing qw.nu now theres qwdrama? i mean noone made the slightest effort on making qw.nu the same as it was 2342342342 years ago... great job on the new site btw.

New QW.nu site is like 95% done from a coding point of view, there's a couple of things missing from the design standpoint (*cough* bps *cough* manny *cough*). I only need like one weekend to finish my bit...

Oh and I think the 2 can co-exist well It seems that QWd will focus on interviews, columns and tutorials, whereas QW.nu will be a news portal with a lot of user interraction. A lot of the content ideas were stolen from xplayn.com by ParadokS
