In lieu of support from the video game industry and its sponsors, the die hard QuakeWorld scene turns to its own to organize tournaments.

This time, it is Fenris who is holding a North American QuakeWorld duel tournament on three maps: dm4, dm6 and aerowalk. There will be $100 in prizes and top names in the QuakeWorld duel scene. Just to name a few: def, cyan, and myth. Prizes will be given out to the top 4 finishers in the tournament so everyone has something to aim for. There will also be commentary from ParadokS and Sassa.

The Fenris tournament will be a weekend event over the 25th and 26th of August. This will encourage players to not drop out. The finals will be held on the 27th. This is one tourney you don't want to miss!

Fenris, i was just thinking about something and i wanted you to be aware of it, or if you had any solution for it...

What if the server does not record a demo? it happened to me when i played griffin and stole my 2seconds of glory LOL, although i was only gonna post the games i lost.

Do u want SS's? Recording a qwd.demo yourself lagg's gameplay quite badly.. and if the server dosent record a game then your SHIT OUTA LUCK, because he happened to me and griff 2x on different servers...

If you're talking about Nobody's Alternative you have to go to their website to download it. No matter what we need demos.
