Group stageMatches are divided into two maps. If one player wins both maps he will be given the win in that match. If both players win one map each the match is a tie. 3 points are given for each win, 1 point is given for each tie.
Group rankings will be based in the following order:1. Number of points.
2. Internal encounters
3. Internal frag difference
4. Frag difference
5. Random order
Both players pick one map. The lower seed picks his map first. The same map may not be picked twice. The higher seed decides which map will be played first.
Single elimination stageMatches are played in best of three maps. The player who reaches two maps won will be declared winner of the match.
Both players start out by removing one map each. The higher seed remove his map first. Then the lower seed start by picking one of the three maps left to play. The higher seed then picks one of the two remaining maps to play. The higher seed then chooses which map to play first.
In the event of a tie, the last map remaining will be used as a tie-breaker.
go and make us proud!
