Would that be a lot of work to put a real time clock for the classic hud of ezquake client? Qizmo has this feature and I realy loved it in the past.

You can combine the old-style hud with new hud elements, no problem. Just do that?

If by "classic hud" you mean scr_newhud 0, then try this:
scr_newhud 2
hide all
show clock
