::UPDATE::
as some of u might have heard already, the party is over and has been a quite success!
everything went well, no power-outs, no network downs, no unfairness and no other shit!
after all players arriving after and after, at some point friday evening everyone had setup their machines
and plugged into our 100mbit network. the tournaments were setup on a internal lan-page and the sign-ups
ended about 3 a.m. in the morning! some stuff had been played this night already, but almost everyone
went on for some friendly fun games most of the time for now.. iirc some players stood up till saturday noon
(i think i almost knocked my head on the keyboard at 10 a.m. what made me go sleep then
) while the others
woke up that time and started to fire up their qw again for the next lan-day.
so during saturday afternoon till early sunday morning the tournament games were played..
the final ffa game was played at sunday 6 a.m... kinda as a red eyed tournament closer.

it all ended up nicely after some little regeneration sleep (exept soma and vio afaik, who actually regenerated on some sunday morning games)
when everyone packed up there pcs at 1 p.m. and departed towards their homes.
all in all, its been a very nice lan with lotza first-time meetings, old friends reunions, nice games and trashbags
overfilled with empty pizzaboxes from some huge pizza orders (highscore at 93 euros for our little lan )
if anni and me have the nuts to repeat all this, there is gonna be a qwonly lan #2 next year.. with prolly more international focus!

sta-anni and me started planning a #qw.ger lan some months ago.
