Since people uses fullbright skins and simpletextures on bmodels, I think you can change grenade skin on any color, but you cannot use nonstandart grenade model (this is protected by f_modified)

u can color those by modifying this files:

qw\textures\models\bolt2_0.png -> for shaft.. if u want it black, just fill the whole area with black.
qw\textures\models\grenade_0.png -> for grens.. same as shaft with green color.

additionally for shaft, u could set gl_shaftlight to "0" (i think there aint much change on black shafts)
these pass f_modified since the model isnt altered.
