It's already stated in their FAQ that they won't give out trusts to stuff like that.

the ppl behind quakenet irc server dont "give" trusts to anyone that asks. they have rules for that. they _will not_ give trust to mibbit, so you might as well forget it as a platform for massive joining in quakenet.
the solution is cgi-irc-like.

Actually, in the FAQ (http://www.quakenet.org/faq/faq.php?c=128&f=127#127) it says they will not give trusts IF the real IP is not passed through (mibbit can pass through the real IP).
