Who would play if I start a rookie tourney?

I'd agree on 1on1 being the best, since getting together many rookie teams would be difficult so 1on1! but then there is always the chance that some high div will fake as a newbie and play :/

I'll play , 1 on 1 is ok , but i prefer 2 on 2 .

What will be the skill limit to qualify as a rookie. I played in Ignition 1 & 2. Although i have improved i still lose to people in #qwrookie not to mention to players outside of the channel. I just want to know at what kind of skill level do you aim? The first 2 Ignitions were for absolute beginners, people who have just recently started qw or players coming from other games who hardly knew qw. So will this tournament be for absolute beginners coming from other games or just have recently started to play, for the players from #qwrookie or for both?

imo you should have two tourneys perhaps:

#1 for totally rookies
#2 for rookies that didnt do that well in ignition 1/2 and those who qualify there

That would be for the best, but you CANT stop there, you haveto have a second season aswell, or its all for nothing imo
