ok so there's already been whining done about this in hangman's thread but it's getting so annoying it deserves it's own thread... could someone please fix the demo recording on iop and wargamez? its getting really old not having any demos these days, and it cant be that hard to fix can it?

wargamez can be temporarily fixed with rcon, but every time the config reloads it resets to default. I asked the admin to fix the config ages ago but he hasn't done it yet...

I do, every time I connect to play. But I can't be arsed doing it all the time. If there's a big game then yell at me and I'll do it so that those games record.

I just got a message from rivmin (wgz admin) saying that he has increased the value of sv_demomaxdirsize (well either that or he cleaned out all of the MVDs from the server). He also changed the servers so that they only support 2on2 and 4on4. I know many people are fed up of not being able to play a 4on4 game because of people playing 1on1 there, and those servers were setup for 4on4 mainly after all.

- new cvar sv_demoClearOld (by bliP) if the demo directory is out of space (sv_demoMaxDirSize), this will delete X number of files starting with the oldest to make room for new demos, use 0 to disable
