I just played some RA on xs4all - had limited ammo, self damage and started with only 200/100. Also needed to restart match to change the players that could play.
IMHO the whole point of RA is fast, +forward games - not looking for packs and playing CS.
Are these points by design or is it just server settings?

Hej, otm that is how our RA server is running indeed, though i will look into the config stuff soon. And there wasn't much cs in those games
Also having limited ammo makes it more tactical and give the winner a reward (package with ammo if he's fast enough
).

Yeah, but RA shouldn't be tactical IMO - it should just be fast, brainless fighting :-) If you want tactics, have a proper duel :p
(Saying that, its entirely up to you what you want to do on your server)
