I really hate to repeat myself, but if you actually read the proper thread you would have had enough information about the status of qw-dev. (read: it will be up in the near future when deurk gets his stuff done).

Yes, it's probably impossible to find our package elsewhere other than qw-dev website, I, however, have the release version available (linux only) if you or anyone really needs it (irc/quakenet). I'm closing this thread.
