as topic says, does anyone have a recent milton.cfg i could have a look at? (and yes i do realise using somsone elses setup wont improve my gameplay, i just want to look and see what the good players use)

Whats the reason behind the high sensitivity and the low M_pitch/yaw that he uses?

There is no possible reason for using such a configuration, many years ago there was a bug with sensitivity variable accuracy that made it better to use /sensitivity 1 and increase m_pitch/yaw but that was many a moon ago.
