Think of this as qw duel grand prix

one tournament goes on for 3 weeks.
after 5 tournaments you take the top two players and get them in to a grand final
Strict deadlines / schedule when each game will be played (mostly playoffs, groups are a bit more free)
if deadline is not met player(s) will void the match
if finals aren't played the player not showing up will lose all points and the points will be the remaining top4/top8
ping whine is settled by admins

maps tb5 (aerowalk, dm2, dm4, dm6, ztndm3)

groups ---- playoffs ---- finals

Groups:

group stages bo3
map win = 1 point
game win = 3 points

highest seeded player picks first map
and the other the second map
incase of 1-1 highest seeded player tosses one map
first 3 goes to playoffs (depending on how many groups/players)

winner in every group skips one playoff round (depending on how many groups/players)



Playoffs:
playoffs bo5
you toss one map each and then pick from the remaning. (highest seeded player picks map first)
after first two maps if one player is down by 2 he picks map (even the ones that they tossed out)
if 1-1 cmd rnd player1 player2 (even the ones that they tossed out)
if the score is 2-1 after third map the one that is down picks the map (from the two remaining)

single elimination


Points are awarded for every top 4 or top 8 placements in tournaments:


first place 10 points
second place 7 points
third place 4 points
forth place 1 point


if top 8
then
1st 15 points
2nd 13 points
3rd 11 points
4th 9 points
5th 7 points
6th 5 points
7th 3 points
8th 1 points



alternativs: groupstages ---- playoffs ---- groupstage (4 players) semi -- final
groups like before

playoffs like before

the four players that goes to semifinals create a group with round robin system
you meet all players once
and after that 1st place meet 4th
and 2nd vs 3rd
and then final

well i don't know if it is going to happen .. i need someone to fix some php coding (that is the hard part) i have admins enough
but the main problem is ownage coming up that will be running alongside QWGP
so the question for the duellers are ... are you willing to play more then one tournament at the time?

I'm sure dimman/fog would love to do some PHP coding
