You can start your own site at sites.google.com, you can create some sort of groups or brackets in a spreadsheet in docs.google.com, let other admins you have to edit it.
TBH you were too hasty to start this idea without having ANYONE to take care of the site - it's the most work from all that needs to be done.

If you stopped complaining and did something this tournament would already be running, Adde.
So here is five simple steps to get your tournament up and running in 10h.
1. Register an account at gmail.com or sites.google.com
2. Go to www.w3schools.com and learn html
3. Make a basic site at sites.google.com, that basically consists of a frontpage linking to pages consisting of tables
4. On the frontpage put a link to instructions for submitting a match report, using e-mail and on how to sign up using e-mail
5. Manually update scores, add links to screenshots that have been uploaded to picasa and write a lot of news.
Done, its simple. Sure it doesn't look good but at least that way your tournament gets up and going in a week instead of taking perhaps a month or two.
