Haha. I love it Phil. Two things haven't changed in my ~ year absence from QW. Your shitty shaft percentage and incredible bedside manner. Anyway, here's the lowdown:

Windows XP SP2, IE6 all the latest updates (security) from Windows update site.

I don't connect directly to my cable modem for internet connectivity, that is connected to another PC that is setup to be the router for the rest of my home network. The PC is not using the ICS feature of windows, but is setup as a an IP router using NAT. Similar, yet different since I have more control over what gets routed.

I haven't shaved in two days, just bought a new pair of shoes last week, and recently changed the oil in my car.

I'm thinking I'll just have to upload from the PC connected directly to the cable modem?

Nope. That didn't work either from a PC running Win2k SP4, IE6 all the latest updates (security) from Windows update site, and connected directly to the cable modem.
