So yeah, hi, I'm a new guy to Quakeworld, but I've played most of the series before, mostly Quakelive. I'm pretty much a rookie but I'd like to improve, maybe find someone of equal skill level and have fun at this. So far I like FFA, and would like to see more games started. I play mostly on North American servers since I ping over 100 on Europe, so if you're on #qwrookie hit me up, I mostly suck but I don't care about losing anyway. Hi Arstein. I haven't been around in QW for the last 2 weeks. QL got me sucked in completely. There are so many things I like better in QW, like the armor system and powerful LG, but constantly ranking 1st to 3rd in tier 3 FFA feels so good

But I think this weekend I'm gonna get my ass raped on XS4ALL again Hope to see you online for some POV!

If you are playing with a high-ping make sure you have the latest ezQuake client (2.1 or 2.1.1) to take advantage of antilag, it will make playing much more possible.

Current antilag is completely server-side thing, upgrading your client will not improve your "antilag experience" anyhow.
