I haven't heard about it before. It would be nice to know how many game results it has affected during the years...

Radius damage requires line of sight from where the rocket hit to the bbox of the player. Did it actually have line of sight from the 0u x 0u x 0u explosion to the 32x32x56u bbox or was it more like
Where the player bbox is red, map walls are black and explosion blue (altho like I said, technically the explosion is of no size at all)

This is best seen
at 1:14 - 1:15 and it may lack line of sight due to extreme Bulat luck.

It reminds me of what happens every time I've ever tried to hit BLooD_DoG with a grenade!

I agree quad rocket hit on "other side" of pillar hence no line of sight. It's extremely unlucky but not a bug.
