To all server admins out there:by mistake, nQuakesv didn't include entity files. This means that, for example Bloodfest mod didn't work. now it does, nQuakesv was upgraded to include them. For existing servers: heres a .zip file with the .ent files needed. server admins plz unzip this in your nquakesv/qw/maps folder You don't need to restart the servers. .ent files are loaded as needed. to test:/votecoop /bloodfest (or any other bloodfest map) /ready If monsters spawn, its all good! Thank you! edit: updated both nQuakesv and the zip - removed dmX and exmy ents. Thank you mushi! I was wondering why bloodfest is not working on servers about two weeks ago.
Server admins please report here when bloodfest is working on your servers so we can get some games going.

sv-non-gpl.zip/qw/maps/ctf/ I believe it's there to allow KTX to run both deathmatch and ctf modes.

Some entity files were already there before, only the dm?.ent and e?m?.ent ones were actually missing. Server admins please report here when bloodfest is working on your servers so we can get some games going. bfg9000.traxo.net bfg10k.traxo.net goodolddays.traxo.net

I installed these ent files on se.besmella.com, however on dm4 there was ga instead of ya in ra/ya room and ya at teleporter at top and teleport from ra went from ra to ya-entrance over shaft.
Did you even try these after updating?

Lol, dm3 RA is replaced with quad and dm2 RA/MH tele is disabled.
To fix this remove dm*.ent and e*m*.ent files from qw/maps. Do not include dm4ish.ent or any other .ent if you to play bloodfest on those maps.

If it's any consolation, the pak0/1 maps suck for CTF anyway. So do most CTF maps in Quake 1 to be honest

ops sorry my mistake
to fix delete all exmy.ent files and dm1-dm6.ent
I've updated both the zip and nQuakesv.

If the server is setup correctly and the CTF .ent files are in the right folder, then they won't cause any problems with dm and exmy maps. They'll only be loaded in CTF mode and unloaded otherwise.
