Does it still work?. After several attempts I've finally got it to install but now it won't start. On startup it hits me with a dialog box - "Unfortunately FTEDroid has stopped".
I'm using Android 5.0.2 on a Samsung Galaxy Alpha - 850F.

Many moons ago I did once have FTEDroid working on this phone. And so this time around I'm either I'm not installing it correctly or it isn't getting along with a newer version of Android.

The successful install went something like this: On my phone's internal storage I created a 'fte' folder with a 'id1' folder within. I tthen copied the pak0.pak and pak1.pak files into the id1 folder and finally coped the FTEDroid.apk into the fte folder and then installed it. I now have an FTEDroid icon in my apps menu but the thing just refuses to start.

Yeah the latest releases have this problem for me too, I mentioned it to Spike a month or two ago. Unfortunately there is no archive of older working apks so I'm stuck... If anyone has a backup of an older working release it would be great to share it.
