Quake.ie is a community website covering the Irish and international Quake scene since 1997. The site was revamped and relaunched in early 2012 "with a hidden agenda of dragging the Irish Quake Community, kicking and screaming, into the current decade". They have Quakeworld, Quake II and Quake III Arena game servers, powered by Linux and available 24/7.

The game servers run FFA games Monday to Friday, and at the weekends switch to Capture The Flag (CTF) mode. Also note that on on Wednesdays they run Generations Arena rather than the usual Quake III Arena FFA match (mixes things up a bit).

From around March 2016, the owner decided not to renew the domain, and hence quake.ie dies.
