For European Quake League Season 21 in 2016, Division 99 fielded four teams named after astronomical phenomena:
d'Ninety Nine Black Hole
d'Ninety Nine Mira
d'Ninety Nine Nova
d'Ninety Nine Pulsar
7 players was assigned to Pulsar, but except for Mushi showing up and playing almost one map - Timon, Nidweyr, Meag and Baresi played all maps the remainder of the season.
Despite being put in random teams, handpicked by Ocoini, without knowing each other at all, very early they established a solid teamplay and communication.
Good balance within the team, where Timon & Nidweyr usually took on the hard work clearing out enemy weapons and running quads, while Meag & Baresi kept positions and armors.
Pulsar made some upsets to the better seeded teams during EQL21.
Ocoinis astronomical teams were only supposed to last for that one season. And while the rest of the d99 teams went back to the mothership, the 4 Pulsars stayed together and kept playing.
