Started in 2012, the Salvation Draft League was an initiative to promote more activity in the Quakeworld scene. A fourth season was in the works in 2015, but never came to life. However, the format was eventually revived a few years later through the GetQuad! Draft series of events.

History
Salvation was the first European Quakeworld Draft tournament.
Season 1 of the Salvation Quakeworld Draft League started in march 2012. The season ended with a victory for Milton's Militia. There was a lot of positive feedback with one major exception. Many players who signed up didn't get to play due to limited slots in the 10 teams.
