Signup Information

• Maximum number of attendees is 100 120
• Signing up requires a quakeworld.nu user account. Lost password? Message an admin on the Quakeworld Discord.

• Prepay to secure your seat (see Payment details)
  • First come, first served
  • Signing up on qhlan.org is seen as a declaration of interest
  • The "CERTAINTY" value (0-100%) of your sign-up is just an indicator, and doesn't help your application in any way
  • Once your payment is processed, your status will change to "Paid". It may take a couple of days for the website to update.

Renting computer and/or monitor

• We're actively looking into rental partners hoping to cut a good deal or a sponsorship
• At this point we cannot give any information on PC/monitor specs
  • We're gonna solve it, one way or another
  • We're only focusing on computers and monitors (including power and connector cables)
  • We will not offer renting of keyboards, mice, or other peripherals - bring your own!
• Potential renting fees are TBD

Entrance fee

800 SEK ($80) entrance fee, including:

• full access to the venue around the clock during the event
• Dedicated seat with a chair and a table slot
• Power outlet with 3 sockets
• Your own QHLAN2022 t-shirt

Visit but not playing

100 SEK (Swish only) at the door if you want to come as spectator.

Payment details

Pay with Swish For Swedish attendees. Swish is the preferred payment method. Scan the QR code below and put your qw nickname (same as you signed up with) in the message field to tie the payment to your name. You will receive your ticket when arriving at the venue. When processed, your payment status will be updated on qhlan.org. Receiving account is Danjel Ahnér (0736 61 25 30).

The Right of Withdrawal

The Distance Contracts Act does not apply to the purchase of event tickets, which means that you cannot cancel your purchase.
