Introduction

After Duelmania 4 there were national duelmania tournaments held in 11 different countries. The best players of those were invited to Duelmania True Masters. Missing the winner of DuelMania 4, Reppie because he went inactive halfway the national season, several other top players from earlier duelmania seasons were not attending the True Masters version because they did not compete in the national tournaments. Nonetheless the lineup wasn't less impressive than before.

There were 32 players invited for a single elimination tournament.
