Often found in such leagues as Nations Quake Rank and European Quake League. Basicly both teams want the best ping for their team.
Such a thing is almost always impossible. Therefore a compromise is trying to be setup, which often fails. Give or take
a few hours and even the biggest whiner doesn't think it's worth the whine anymore. The delay stops, game on.
