End is the final map from the original release of Quake 1, where you face the boss Shub-Niggurath. You kill her by entering the teleport and collapsing into her, causing a telefrag.

However the layout of the map require a type of "gentleman's agreement" to play offensive and go for the center area, without falling back or delaying your spawn position by the teleporter.
