Several different clients for QuakeWorld with different feature sets exists for a variety of platforms.
Actively Maintained
- ezQuake: modern feature set for competitive gaming
- Fodquake: fast, lightweight and portable
- FTE QW: also supports NetQuake, Hexen II and Quake II/III.
- FTEDroid: a port of FTE QW to Android

Client Packages
Client packages are not clients themselves. Instead they bundle an existing client with assets (maps, textures, etc.) and configuration to make it easy for players to get started. The following client packages exist:
