- ezQuake: modern feature set for competitive gaming
- Fodquake: fast, lightweight and portable
- FTE QW: also supports NetQuake, Hexen II and Quake II/III.
- FTEDroid: a port of FTE QW to Android

- FuhQuake: popular QW client
- id Software's Quake client: the original client
- MQWCL: MoreQW CLient
