Signup Information

• Maximum number of attendees is 100 120
• Signing up requires a quakeworld.nu user account. Lost password? Message an admin on the Quakeworld Discord.

• Prepay to secure your seat (see Payment details)
  • First come, first served
  • Signing up on qhlan.org is seen as a declaration of interest
  • The "CERTAINTY" value (0-100%) of your sign-up is just an indicator, and doesn't help your application in any way
  • Once your payment is processed, your status will change to "Paid". It may take a couple of days for the website to update.

Renting computer and/or monitor

Renting prices:

• Computer 300SEK (€30)
• Monitor 300SEK (€30)

• Computer: Xeon 3GHZ, 32GB Ram, SSD, GTX980 (DisplayPort)
• Monitor: BenQ ZOWIE XL2546K 25" 240 Hz, 1 ms (DisplayPort)

Supply:
To be able to offer you these extremely cheap prices, we have to be precise with the amounts we rent from 3rd party. As of 2 Sept 2022, looking at the list of signups and their wish for renting, we're allowing for 47 monitors and 30 computers.

How to pay for renting:
Renting is only available as prepaid, first come, first serve, added on top of the Entrance fee.

Do an additional payment with the amount equivalent to your renting, mark it with your nickname and "PC" or "Monitor" or "PC + Monitor". Not payed Entrance fee?
Add the amount equivalent to your renting on top of Entrance fee, mark it with your nickname and "PC" or "Monitor" or "PC + Monitor".

We will not offer renting of keyboards, mice, or other peripherals - bring your own!

Entrance fee

800 SEK ($80) entrance fee, including:

• Full access to the venue around the clock during the event
• Dedicated seat with a chair and a table slot
• Power outlet with 3 sockets
• Your own QHLAN2022 t-shirt

Visit but not playing

100 SEK (Swish only) at the door if you want to come as spectator.

Payment details

Pay with Swish For Swedish attendees. Swish is the preferred payment method. Scan the QR code below and put your qw nickname (same as you signed up with) in the message field to tie the payment to your name. You will receive your ticket when arriving at the venue. The Right of Withdrawal

The Distance Contracts Act does not apply to the purchase of event tickets, which means that you cannot cancel your purchase.
