The Australian FFA Bonanza #1 is a FFA event organised for the Australian QuakeWorld scene by 
dracs. The event was inspired by the recent FFA action seen in the QuakeHolio tournament and was initiated by dracs to reignite an again, very quiet QuakeWorld scene in Australia mid 2021. On the day that it was announced, arguably Australia's best player of all time Reload signed up, as did Australia's leading 4on4 player 
Yeti. What followed was unimaginably exciting. Oldschoolers such as Mucka and dEF signed up, together with some of Australia's finest players to have ever played the game in Venom, HarlsoM & KF. Rounding out the entries was Australian GetQuad Nations Cup representative, and DM2 Showdown finalist 
Swoop, together with the class of LG kenya specialist Profanum and Australia's most improved player in the last 12 months, Moksha.
The map pool selected is a combination of some of the original deathmatch maps, together with some old favourites that the Australian players grew to love in their prime.
