NFProxy
[NF]Proxy is a QuakeWorld (and q2) proxy developed by 
Niewi during 1998-1999.
[NF]Proxy included a lot of the same great features as Qizmo. In addition it included more advanced timing and teamplay commands for which it received notoriety, mainly because proponents of Qizmo labeled these additional features as cheats. Due to growing concerns about being shut out of the proxy race, Niewi released Nitro.
Nitro could be described as ezQuake + qizmo + ruleset smackdown. It was basically a stripped down version of [NF]Proxy which was acknowledged as acceptable by leagues at the time. Nitro did not include advanced pointing and timing features.
[NF]Proxy's popularity was mainly confined to Germany and neighbouring countries, only reaching few players within Scandinavia, Qizmo's dominant area.
