Norwegian old-school Quake clan.

This screenshot shows just how unplayable the conditions could be during Quake's first months, before decent servers were set up. The compromise was usually playing the first leg on a local server, and the away leg on the opponent's server, so both teams would experience ping advantage and packet losses, respectively. This way, a team could easily lose the away map 200-20 and win the home map 200-10.
