Scandinavian Mighty Ones

Scandinavian Mighty Ones was a duel tournament started up and maintained by Sammael and hosted by FragZone. It was started up in 1997, and closed about one year later. SMO worked as a ladder with an ELO-based ranking system. Thus, the skill differense between the two duel players would determine the ladder points won and lost after a match. A top player winning over a bottom player would hardly effect the ratings, the reverse result would however give a huge boost to the poorly rated player and a likewise fall for the top player.

When Sammuel shut down SMO, he put a a hall of fame, titled: «These are the people who have ruled the SMO through history.» The hall of fame is shown below.
