Regarded as a possible finalist, Xenon was definitely one of the most well-known players in the tournament. From that point he knew his chances of beating Lakerman to get into the final four were slim, and he never played Lakerman. Xenon had some consolation in beating Reload convincingly on DM4, and in a closer game on DM6, but I'm sure he was overall disappointed with how the TGI turned out for him.
