ToT Mode DM4 Challenge

The idea behind this challenge is to play a five-minute FFA round in dm4 against level 20 bots and getting as many frags as possible. The bots spawn with 0/100 and only use the shotgun unless they're going for a rocket jump or swim in lava and bug out (?). The player starts with the standard dmm4 stack but GL is disabled. Unlike in the e1m2 challenge dying is allowed and drop quad is on.
